Now Hiring – Bookkeeper

Looking to hire immediately, a full time bookkeeper to assist my office manager with various accounting related tasks. Some experience is ideal but we have had success hiring right out of school too. We are located in the Silver Lake area of LA and are a 15 year old company continuing to expand. Based on experience – starting hourly to range between $15-$17/hour plus paid personal time.

Sample of Duties

  • Responsible for day-to-day account payable
  • Responsible for monthly check run
  • Generate and distributing monthly financial reports to property owners
  • Communicate with vendors or clients regarding any outstanding invoices and/or discrepancies
  • Create monthly invoices for clients
  • Applying late fees and mail out tenant delinquency notices
  • Issue monthly rent increases
  • Assist with monthly check and rent deposits
  • Assist with credit card statement reconciliations
  • Assist Supervisor with various tasks
